Clients receiving home care services will sign a Service Agreement with specific terms and conditions. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Service Agreement, the latter will prevail.
Service payments are due as specified in the Service Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for late payments.
2 Hearts Home Care will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for prepaid services will be prorated from the date of cancellation notice to the end of the prepaid period, minus any applicable fees.

Certain services that have been provided are non-refundable, including those already rendered or not meeting the cancellation notice period.
Products
Return Conditions
Eligibility: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
